Forget knives and forks. Get back to basics and eat with your hands! Not only does it mean less dishes, it's also a great way to have a fun, casual dinner with your kids or even with company over. Diving into a bowl of chicken wings is sure to put everybody in a finger-lick'n good mood.
A utensil-free meal doesn't have to be totally barbaric. Serving salad in whole lettuce leaves and food on sticks makes for an elegant spread. The opportunities are endless. From cake and pie pops to salad on a stick, the only limit is your imagination. We want to hear what you come up with--what are your favourite finger foods?
Here are a few of Stefano's great recipes that let you go utensil-free, whatever your occasion.
Warm Mixed Olives with Orange and Rosemary
