This Italian-style coffee-flavoured dessert made with grappa and topped with ice cream is an indulgent after-dinner treat.
1/2 ounce grappa
1 shot freshly brewed espresso
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
Grated chocolate, to garnish
Biscotti cookie, for serving (optional)
Add espresso and grappa to espresso cup or serving glass. Top with scoop of ice cream and garnish with grated chocolate. Serve with a biscotti cookie on the side, if desired.
