You'll never skip breakfast again with this healthy and quick-to-make berry-licious smoothie that's guaranteed to give your mornings a much-needed boost. To make these berry-licious smoothies even more nutritious, add 2 tbsp. ground flax seeds, flax oil or wheat germ.
1 cup Balkan-style plain yogurt
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup strawberries
1/2 cup raspberries
1 fresh mango, peeled and diced or 1 cup frozen mango pieces
2 tbsp. maple syrup
1/2 cup soy milk
2-3 ice cubes
Place all ingredients in a blender. Puree until smooth.
Yield: 4 servings.
