Use your favourite juice for these ice pops. And don't forget the basil for a hit of freshness.
1 ripe mango, peeled and chopped
2 cups fresh strawberries, washed, hulled, chopped
Juice from 1 large orange
Juice of ½ lime
2/3 cup cranberry juice
6 basil leaves, chopped
Add mango, strawberries, orange juice, lime juice and cranberry juice to a blender. Blend until smooth. Add basil and pulse to combine. Pour into ice pop moulds. Freeze until firm, about 6 hours. Makes 10 ice pops. (About 1/3 cup per ice pop.)
Yield: 10 servings.
