Health Minister Details Provincial Drug Plan

The aim is to provide drug coverage to people who don't have it through work or another plan. Phase 1, which starts in May, is voluntary. In 2015, the drug plan becomes mandatory for all New Brunswickers without coverage. Ted Flemming is health minister.
