Policing Saint John A Costly Subject

After a vote to compare costs of using RCMP in Saint John rather than police, the city and police are now headed to arbitration to continue contract talks. CBC's Neville Crabbe spoke to Mayor Mel Norton and deputy mayor Shelley Rinehart.
