Kenneth Estabrooks' Sex Abuse Victims File Class Action Suit

The CBC's Rachel Cave brings us the story of well known advocate for at-risk youth, Bobby Hayes, who is taking on the city, the police department and the police commission.  He says they all need to be held accountable for the damage inflicted by former Saint John police officer Ken Estabrooks who went to prison for violating children.
