Public Access To Tin Can Beach Is Expected To Be Blocked

Just when a group of UNBSJ students come up with a plan to turn Tin Can Beach into a more public place, heavy industry finds a way to close it off to the public entirely. The CBC's Connell Smith tells us about the report on revitilizing the historic beach.
