Sex Offender Released By Parole Board To Saint John Halfway House

A man known as the motorcycle rapist has been released to a Saint John halfway house after serving two-thirds of his sentence. The community is concerned he may still be a threat. Mary-Ann Campbell is with the Centre for Criminal Justice Studies at UNBSJ.
