Case Study, 4-plex A Success In Moncton

Saint John mayor Mel Norton has big dreams for a world-class four-ice rink on the waterfront within the next five years. The project isn't far off what the City of Moncton built back in 2003. Rod Higgins is the general manager of parks and leisure for the City of Moncton.
