Saint John Water To K-Park Still Pumping

Two years ago, the city announced plans to sue the town over a failed deal to supply water to Kennebecasis Park. Now the two communities seem to have reached a deal, out of court. But the whole thing could have been avoided, according to Saint John's former deputy mayor, Stephen Chase. He also sat on a water committee when he was on council.
