Million-Dollar 'Level 2' Home May Not Ease Provincial Wait Lists

A commercial and residential development worth 30 million dollars has been proposed to Sussex council. The proposed development is expected to include beds offering "level 2" care. Jan Seely operates two level 2 homes, and is also the president of the New Brunswick Special Care Home Association.
