Heritage Renovations Slowing Down In Uptown

Heritage advocates in the city say that economic conditions and reduced grants for heritage renovation may slow or even stop upgrades and sales of properties in the uptown. Keith Brideau, of Historica Developments, hasn't ruled out further expansion on Prince William. Reporter Connell Smith has more.
