Pension Reformed, Saint John Council Moves Ahead

A majority of counicllors voted in favour of a new pension model recommended by a provincial task force. It means the city will have to remove $12 million a year from its operations to pay down a $161 million deficit. Here are highlights from council's discussion last night.
