Grand Manan Lobster Fishermen Want Residential Rights Restored

Lobster fishermen on Grand Manan are angry that licences have been sold to fishermen who don't live in LFA 38. They say those licenses are now held by fishermen from Nova Scotia. Laurence Cook is with the Grand Manan Fishermen's Association.
