American Soldier Honoured For WWI Effort With Canadian Army

"Bill" Metcalf is one of only five American soldiers awarded the Victoria Cross, Great Britain's highest military honor.  Metcalf was born in Eastport, but he crossed the border to enlist with the Canadian Army. Bob Dallison will be at the ceremony this Sunday.
