Saint John May Consider "Josh's" Helmet Law For Skateboarders

Common council has voted to reassess the city's bylaw on skateboarding, considering mandatory helmets. It's being called "Josh's Law", in honour of Linda Dillon's son who was severely hurt when he fell off his skateboard in August. Reporter John Van Dusen spoke with her.
