Citizens' 2 Cents On Saint John Budget Decisions

In the first in a round of public consultation meetings, 81 per cent of the attendees voted to instruct the city to look at another model for the delivery of fire-emergency services or to simply slash the fire department budget. Reporter Connell Smith was there.
