One Of City's First Police Women, Millie Colwell, Remembered

After starting at the switchboard with the Saint John Police in the '60s, Millie Colwell was one of the the first women to move up to serve as a constable in the '70s. She died last week. Janet Holt is a retired member of the Saint John Police Force.
