Police Talk To School About Criminality of Bullying
Bullying can be a criminal activity once you reach the age of 12. Nadine Bulmer's son attends Forest Hills School, where she says he is often bullied. Sargeant David Hartley-Brown of Saint John Police will make a presentation at Forest Hills School about bullying and criminal behaviour.
