St. Croix River Fish Need Access And Protection: Passamaqouddy
A 1995 Maine law protects a fish popular with anglers by keeping out the gaspereau, or alewives, which swim up from New Brunswick. The Passamaquoddy tribe are now speaking up to let the alewives back in the river.
