Drivers Consider New Rules For Cabbies Unrealistic
City council is taking steps to bring in tougher standards for taxis. They include restricting the age of a cab to a maximum of seven years, increasing training for drivers, and putting fare meters in all cabs. CBC's Matt McCann took a ride to talk to cabbies about the proposal.
