New Rules Will Affect Charities

There are changes coming to the rules around setting up a registered charity. Michael Boudreau is a criminolgy professor at St Thomas University in Fredericton. He talks about those changes in light of our story about Beverly Mitchell, founder of a Moncton charity who was previously convicted of fraud.
