Public Blue Book Doesn't Reveal NB Power Chair's Severance

New Brunswickers aren't going to be able to find out how much money they spent on the severance package for NB Power chair David Hay. The Graham Cabinet approved a confidentiality agreement, but former Energy Minister Jack Keir said the confidentiality agreement wouldn't prevent the severance package from being publicized. Kevin Lacey is the Atlantic Director of The Canadian Taxpayers Federation.
