Putting A Stop To 'Rookying' At Local High Schools
Cases of so called 'rookying' have declined at district 8 high schools following some new efforts to stop freshman week bullying. Chair of the district 8 education council, Rob Fowler say more still has to be done and is in the early stages of planning for a Hazing Summit.
