Kingston Heritage - Catons Island - To Be Celebrated

There's a celebration planned early next month for the 400th anniversary of the first European settlement in New Brunswick.  But a lot of people in this province haven't heard of Catons Island in Long Reach, or don't know its significance. Eric McCumber is a member of Kingston Peninsula Heritage, and one of the people hoping to change that.
