Tougher Penalties For Drinking And Driving Will Come Into Effect Next Month

President of the Saint John chapter of Mothers Against Drunk Driving, Rick McNulty tells us about the amendments to the Motor Vehicle Act that will see drivers caught with a blood alcohol level between point-zero-five and the legal limit, point-zero-eight losing their licence for a week.
