Mawhinney Real Estate Agents Have Been Ordered To Pay For Commissions They Never Received
They won their case in a lower court, but an appeal court decision says agents who worked for the bankrupt Mawhinney Realty are on the hook to pay an Ontario company tens of thousands of dollars in commissions they never received.
