Two Young Men From Harbourview High School Receive Rare Honour

Alexander O'Hara and Scott MacGregor were accepted to the Royal Military College, the prestigious school that prepares young people for Canada's forces.  Not only were they accepted, they both were offered a full scholarship, worth 190 thousand dollars.
