Pipeline possibility

Canadian energy giant Trans Canada Pipelines is promoting a proposal to build a gas pipeline from Montreal to Saint John, New Brunswick. Now an American company may tag on to the project proposal and push the line right through to Cape Breton.
NuStar Energy LP is a Texas company that owns the trans-shipment terminal in Point Tupper. David Smith is NuStar's Vice-President of International Operations and he speaks with Information Morning's Zak Markan.
