Stephen Fearing releases new album "Between Hurricanes"

Stephen Fearing is an acclaimed solo artist and he also plays in Blackie and the Rodeo Kings. His new solo album is called "Between Hurricanes" -- just out today. Stephen has been living in Halifax for the past few years... This is is first record since adopting Halifax as home.
