Carole Brabant from Telefilm Canada

Yesterday on Information Morning, we spoke with producer and director Michael Melski. He told us that filmmakers across Canada are unhappy with Telefilm Canada's new "success index," because it favours large, well-capitalized filmmakers, and cuts out the little guy.
