Processing teacher complaints

The RCMP has laid no charges in the case of a Lewisville Middle School teacher who taped two students' wrists together last fall. Jonna speaks with Heather Smith, president of the New Brunswick Teachers Association who says there's better way of dealing with teacher complaints.
