VIA reductions

The CBC's Shelley Steeves spoke with Blondine Arseneau, a regular traveller on Via Rail's passenger train, along with her seeing-eye dog Mao. Arseneau was getting off the train in Moncton on the final day of daily passenger service. Afterwards, Jonna spoke with Marc Beaulieu, Via Rail's regional general manager for the east.
