Bilingualism hearings secret

They call the Legislature the 'People's House', and they call bilingualism a fundamental value. So why are MLAs holding hearings on the issue in secret? The CBC's Jacques Poitras puts that question to Justice Minister Marie-Claude Blais. She is chairing the comittee that's conducting the hearings.
