Unhappy over hoops crackdown

The City of Moncton has issued warnings to west-end homeowners reminding them that curbside basketball games contravene city bylaws. The CBC's Tori Weldon gets some reaction from people none-too-pleased with this development and Khalil talks to the city's director of design and construction about some of the reasons behind Moncton's effort.
