Scaled back Springsteen?

Halifax concert and music scene observer Waye Mason says Bruce Springsteen is unlikely to attract as many fans as the Rolling Stones, U2 or even AC/DC at his Aug. 26 concert in Moncton . He says the 70,000 mark is overly optimistic and that 30,000 is likely what promotors are actually hoping to attract.
