Up Up and Away!!!

Some of the the world's best kite flyers converge on Dover Park in Dieppe today. It's the opening of the Dieppe Kite International festival, an annual event that draws in New Brunswickers of all ages. Denis LeBlanc is the festival co-ordinator and he joined Jonna Brewer in studio thihs morning for a tee-up.
