Keeping the Hells Angels out of Fredericton

The city of Fredericton says one of its motives for buying the North Star Strip Club was to keep the Hells Angels from buying it. We talk to Steven Schneider, an assistant professor in the department of sociology and criminology at St. Mary's University in Halifax about how effective that move will be.
