Big Brother May Be Watching

The province of New Brunswick wants to install GPS tracking systems in all of its vehicles.It's a new plan to save money. The opposition is questioning whether the plan is worth the cost. Rick Doucet is the MLA for Charlotte-The Isles and the transportation critic for the opposition LIberals.
