Well, it's that time of year again. The snow is piling up "outside"...and hundreds of people are baking "inside." Lying under UV lamps in tanning chambers hoping to "pre-tan" as it's called before heading south for a holiday. A Fredericton dermatologist says it's time to put an end to the glow.
