DFO Cuts

It plays an important role in our region, but given more cuts to the Department of Fisheries and Oceans, some are asking if the DFO can actually carry out its intended work. For reaction, we contact Jeff Hutchings, a professor of biology at Dalhousie University, who worked inside DFO for a couple years as a research fellow.  (runs 11:04)
