YearEnd Interview - Parks Canada

Parks Canada remains one of the ribbons that ties Canadians together. But the federal government brought out the scissors this past year looking to make cuts. We speak with the man who oversees all the Parks Canada properties in Cape Breton, Field Superintendent Chip Bird, for his reflections on 2012.  (runs 15:27)
