Coal Dust Problems

Reporter Joan Weeks spoke with two Whitney Pier residents, Ray Antle and Wally MacKenzie, affected recently by coal dust. Their cars and homes were covered in coal dust after a strong wind blew the sticky black dust off a boat being unloaded at the International Coal Pier. (runs 5:30)
