NSP Liberty Audit

The Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board hired Liberty Consulting of Pennsylvania to audit how Nova Scotia Power buys fuel, they looked at the years 2010 and 2011. Liberty concluded that NSP had overspent, NSP disputes that report. Reporter Jennifer Henderson has more details. (runs 12:03)
