Hydro-electric Opposition

Before electricity flows from Muskrat Falls across to Cape Breton, it's got to go around a group of prominent Newfoundland lawyers. They have concerns about the proposed development, saying it should be stopped. One of them is the well-known Richard Cashin. (runs 9:01)
