Changes To Scouts Canada

Scouts Canada says that it's making big changes to the way that it handles allegations of sexual misconduct. Jessica Page is Vice Chair of the Board of Governors for Scouts Canada, she describes how the organization is going to change and repair the damage done. (runs 6:21)
