If you're in the market for a new home and it's your first time to buy, you may qualify for a $3,000 rebate. Nova Scotia has doubled the rebate for first-time homebuyers, from $1,500. We ask the head of the Nova Scotia Homebuilders Association; Paul Pettipas what affect the increased rebate will likely have.
