Bea LeBlanc witnessed a lot in her time as the head of Cape Breton Transition House. She saw an evolution in attitude, and the founding of the Cape Breton Interagency on Family Violence. Bea has retired after almost 30 years on the front lines. Now, she reflects on her career. (runs 15:54)
