Former child soldier shares his story with Calgary kids

Michel Chikwanine was only five-years-old when he was kidnapped by rebels in his homeland - the Democratic Republic of Congo - and forced to fight.
He later escaped to Canada with his mother and sisters -- but not without losing his father and his best friend along the way.
Michel has turned his experience into a graphic novel for kids.
He spoke with Doug Dirks.
